Melissa Raczak’s key purpose is to keep women working.  As an American living in the Netherlands for over 20 years, a mother of two teenage daughters, wife and Partner within the Consulting Team at Deloitte, Melissa also leads the Deloitte Women’s Network and developed the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Consulting.  The D&I strategy included goals which covered inclusive leadership, defined the purpose and means of achieving a target setting gender balanced organization and is focused on further attracting and developing the talent within Deloitte.

As an advisor for more than 20 years Melissa has focused on helping clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication industries to transform their business process and technology goals.  She has done this through guiding clients through new technologies like robotics, cloud, agile way of working to ensure they deliver on their strategic goals.  Melissa believes successful change in organizations stems from having a culture that aligns with the company strategy and leadership behaviors.  Melissa will be sharing in her session the role that inclusive leadership plays in driving successful changes like creating a more diverse organization, implementing new products & services or to integrating a newly acquired  company.  This session is about Inclusive Leadership and how you, at no matter what level you are in your organization today, can become a more inclusive leader.  She will share the key traits of becoming a more inclusive leader and make it tangible and measurable. You will hear about the transformation that Deloitte went through in becoming a more inclusive organization, where they are on the journey and learn some tips and tricks.
