Anne-Marie de Weck has been Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd since 1 January 2015, prior to which she was a Managing Partner of the Lombard Odier Group from 2002 to 2016.
She joined Lombard Odier in 1997 as the Head of the Legal and Tax Department and subsequently of the Private Client Business until 2013. She was also a member of Group Management.
Anne-Marie de Weck spent the early part of her career as a lawyer, in particular with the KPMG-Fides Group in Lausanne, which she joined in 1988. She later became a Partner and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of KPMG in Switzerland. She had previously practised law until 1984, before going on to complete her training in the United States and Germany. She holds a law degree from the University of Geneva and is a member of the bar.

Anne-Marie de Weck sits on the boards of a number of philanthropic organisations and is also the President of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
Depuis janvier 2015, Anne-Marie de Weck est Vice-Présidente du Conseil d’administration de la Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA, après avoir été Associée-gérante du Groupe Lombard Odier de 2002 à 2016.
Elle est entrée chez Lombard Odier en 1997 en qualité de responsable du département juridique et fiscal puis de l’unité Clientèle Privée jusqu’en 2013. Elle était également membre du Group Management.
Elle a accompli la première partie de sa carrière en tant qu’avocate, notamment auprès du groupe KPMG-Fides à Lausanne qu’elle rejoint en 1988, avant de devenir Partner et Vice-Chairman du Conseil d’administration de KPMG en Suisse. Anne-Marie de Weck a exercé au barreau jusqu’en 1984, puis a complété sa formation aux Etats-Unis et en Allemagne. Elle est licenciée en droit de l’Université de Genève et membre du barreau.
Autres fonctions et activités
Anne-Marie de Weck est membre du conseil de plusieurs organisations philanthropiques. Elle est en outre Présidente de la British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
