To challenge these questions, we are thrilled to welcome Bettina Schaller, Global World of Work Executive ¦ President of World Employment Confederation, SVP Head Group Public Affairs at The Adecco Group, Labour Market Expert and Thought Leader

Bettina Schaller defines herself as “A (Corporate) Government Affairs Animal, defending interests in negotiations and underlining Issues with sound Positions.”

She oversees the Group Public Affairs activities of the Adecco Group, encompassing regulatory and policy issues, and the Adecco Groip’s engagement in Employers’ Associations and Strategic Partnerships at global and European scale.

She is the President of the World Employment Confederation (WEC), the voice of private employment services. She is the Vice-Chair of the OECD BIAC Employment Labour & Social Affairs Committee and a Member of the B20 Employment and Education Task Force, as well as a Steering Group Member on the World Economic Forum (WEF)”Center for New Economy and Society” and a Steering Group Member of the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN).

Bettina is a 2011 Young Leader of the American Swiss Foundation (ASF) and Member of the ASF Young Leader Alumni Foundation Board.

She has been named a “Staffing 100 Europe Influencer” and into the International 50 of the “Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing” since 2017.
