Why does Lydie Solomon leave no one indifferent ?
She is a virtuoso pianist, and an actress in the making. She has a family history that we know little, that of a child prodigy. At 2 years old, she already loves Beethoven and plays the Hymn to Joy at the ear, at the age of 5 at the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris and at the age of 13 wins the Radio France contest. Is she a genius of music?
From this difficult period so different from a classical youth, she kept a structured character but instinctively participates in new experiences: concerts with François-René Duchâble, shows with Michel Onfray, soon a film – Rachmaninov, the hidden score – with Gérard Depardieu.
Designer of the Eldorado recital, from Padre Soler to Piazzolla, played more than fifty times in the Salle Gaveau in Paris and the De Chopin concert in Cuba, which reveal her full artistic maturity, she has been giving since 2016 new concerts celebrating L’Europe romantique : we discover a relaxation and a form of sensuality that illustrate how this pianist is happy today with herself.
