Féminin Pluriel Brussels is glad to invite you to a Lunch-Conference with Laetitia Huberti, Director of Musiq’3 & Chief editor for Classical Music at RTBF.

“On 3 September, RTBF started a new page in its history by switching to a brand new business model, revolutionary in the public service media mode. The most innovative aspect of this new model is the central place occupied by the publics, and their distribution in 4 target groups (according to their needs and motivations) to which correspond 4 distinct media portfolios and 4 editorial approaches.

For the past 3 months, I have been fortunate enough to direct one of these 4 media portfolios, the so-called “Affinitaire”, which includes 3 radio stations (La Première, Musiq’3 & Classic 21) and one Television (The Three) gathered around a common editorial vision, based on openness, discovery, exploration and personal enrichment. This editorial vision aims to impact citizens’ lives and their engagement in society by inviting them to open up and offering them the tools they need to better understand the world and the various realities that surround us.

I will be happy to share with you the stakes of this mission, the outline of my vision as well as the questions related to this magnificent managerial challenge.”
