FP Luxembourg invites you to a dinner conference  : “HOW TO PREVENT THE PREMATURE DEPARTURE OF YOUNG EMPLOYEES IN THE WORLD OF THE COMPANY?”

And most importantly, how to help build the business of tomorrow, which would meet the expectations of these young people?

To answer this question, Béatrix Charlier, founder of the consulting firm P’OP, conducted a major survey with LIST, Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, in order to draw up a configuration of expectations, values of the vision of young people in companies, Both in interpersonal relationships and in their career plan in general.

It will bring to the leaders a vision of what this Y generation wants and above all possible bridges to create.

Why do young people leave their businesses?

How to create a professional world that makes you want to stay in the long term, and to invest?

And above all, is it a phenomenon linked to Generation Y?

Studies confront studies. Some, including “The Deloitte Millennial Survey 2016” in 26 countries, attest that 44% of Millenials want to leave their employer within the next two years.

While others, including that of the Figaro-Economy dated 20/09/2016 “Generation Y” not so atypical “at work” carried out in 15 countries re-qualify the cultural differences instead of generational ones.

The question remains open! You want to understand the phenomenon of turnover to prepare tomorrow’s business, go to the dinner organized by Féminin Pluriel on June 6th at the restaurant La Mirabelle from 7:30 pm.

We are all looking forward to seeing you at this conference,
